Each month the planning applications in the Parish will be listed on the agenda for each Parish meeting and the decisions by Dover District Council will be listed.
Each planning application for the Parish will be forwarded to the parish clerk by Dover District Planning Dept. It is the Parish council policy to forward the application firstly to the Parish Councillor living closest to the area on the application. The councillor will ask those living in that vicinity their opinions on the application.This will be noted. The application goes to all the other councillors for comment. Dover District then receives a report back as to the views of the Parishioners. Any Parishioner wanting to look at the application should contact the Parish Clerk or their nearest Parish Councillor.
Everyone though who has an objection to the plans should write to Dover District Council.
